CasaBlanca Resort & Casino and Virgin River Hotel & Casino announced today the purchase of 1,000 boxes of cookies from Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada for distribution among their Players Club members on March 5th and 7th.
“We’re always looking for creative ways to give back to our community,” said Justin Moore, CEO both Mesquite properties. “This is truly a win-win scenario because we get to support an outstanding organization like the Girl Scouts with a major donation while our loyal customers also benefit by getting to enjoy America’s favorite cookies.”
The properties obtained their sizeable supply of cookies through the regional Girl Scout council rather than through an individual scout or troop. By doing so, they were able to ensure that the entire organization benefitted from the purchase.
