CasaBlanca Golf Club has been designated as a qualifying site for the 2024 US Open tournament. On May 9, 2024, CasaBlanca Golf Club will host a competitive round between golfers aspiring to make the field of this year’s prestigious event. It marks the third consecutive year this Cal Olson-designed championship golf course has been selected.
“This is about as big an honor as a golf course can receive,” said Brian Wursten, Director of Golf, CasaBlanca Golf Club. “Everyone here at CasaBlanca Golf Club is thrilled to provide an opportunity for up and coming golfers to earn the right to compete with the best in the world.”
Having recently been voted “Best Golf Course” in both Nevada and Las Vegas by the readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper, CasaBlanca Golf Club has established itself as one of the most scenic and challenging golf courses in the Southwest. It has led the way for Mesquite, Nevada in becoming a premier golfing destination as CasaBlanca Resort & Casino now presents six championship courses with six minutes of the property.
The qualifying competition on May 9th is open to the public and admission is free. Spectators are encouraged to attend and enjoy a close up look at players who may develop into the PGA golf stars of tomorrow. More information is available at CasaBlancaGolf.
