Over 50 organizations will be on-site providing health screenings, interactive activities, nutritional coaching, and financial planning among many other services.
Mesquite, Nev. – (September 03, 2024) – Mesquite Gaming, owner of Casablanca Resort and Virgin River Hotel, invites the public to join them in the Event Center at Virgin River Hotel & Casino for the 2024 Health Fair on Friday, September 27th. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Over 50 vendors and four mobile units will provide professional health screenings, interactive activities, and access to services and resources to encourage people to make positive lifestyle changes.

The health screenings and services offered include mammograms, reproductive health screenings, blood pressure, glucose, blood typing by Mesa View, heart risk assessment, cognitive and memory screenings, mental health, dental, and vision. Delta Dental is offering toothbrushes. Guests will be able to receive onsite advice on finances, Medicaid, Medicare, weight loss management, healthcare options, senior services, and Veteran’s resources and services.
