During the month of October, any winner who hits a Taxable Jackpot
(valued at $1200 or higher), will win room nights with Mesquite Gaming.
RULES
How to Participate:
1. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate.
2. Participants do not need to be members of the Cashout Rewards Club at the time they hit the taxable jackpot to qualify for prizes.
3. Promotion is only valid at participating Smith’s locations in Las Vegas, Mesquite and Pahrump.
4. Prizes are awarded on distinct taxable jackpot wins only. Excludes accumulated credit cashouts.
5. Prizes will be awarded for taxable jackpots of one thousand two hundred ($1200) dollars or higher only.
6. Jackpots must be verified by a slot attendant prior to claiming prizes.
7. Single jackpot totals only will qualify for select prizes. Jackpots cannot be accrued for higher tier prizes.
8. Guests can win more than once per promotional period.
9. Winners must provide a valid email address to qualify to win prizes.
10. It is the winner’s responsibility when presenting their contact information to make sure their email address is opted in to receive emails.
11. Winning participants will be emailed their corresponding prizes. Winners will need to book their room nights via the booking link in the prize validation email sent to them.
12. Room night prizes are valid seven (7) days a week and based on availability only. Blackout dates may apply.
13. Room reservations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance.
14. Prizes are valid for winner only and cannot be transferred.
15. Winners must be present when checking in for room nights.
16. Guests are responsible for any additional costs outside of the awarded prizes.
a. Examples: Spa Charges, Additional Dining, Bowling, Golf, etc.
17. Room nights are only valid for use from October 1st thru November 30th.
18. Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
